OS season tickets
Your help here greatly appreciated

Me and my lad are members and applied for OS season tickets back in Jan

Heard nothing despite applying and sending numerous emails

Not too bothered but a bit miffed as I had a season ticket from 1991-2006 and then couldn't afford to go anymore

In short, does anyone know if season tickets are already gone as I do not want to keep pissing in the wind but will continue to do so if there is a chance of getting a ticket next year

Thanks in advance for any communication and doing a better job than than the club with info

BTW- quick season ticket question.

I've picked my seats ages ago, but could I still add people who could then get an appointment now? Or has that opportunity passed? (Before anyone cries, he IS a West Ham supporter...)

Re: OS season tickets
It's still a large as yet mostly untapped potential fanbase.

I agree the immediate redeveloped stratford area is getting whiter, but the east end at large has a very big muslim population as you know.

Re: OS season tickets
The demographic of the area is whitening at a very fast pace, if you didn't know.

Re: OS season tickets
Probably because they want to attract many more muslim fans, given the demographic of the surrounding area.

Not saying I'd agree it's necessary to have a prayer room in a stadium, but I can see why they might be tempted to do it.

Plus if they are all praying for us to turn over Spurs, Liverpool or Chelsea, then maybe it'll help....

;)

Re: OS season tickets
Don't agree with prayer rooms in football stadiums. Why cater for a very small minority of Muslim fans? How many religious Muslims do you see usually at football?
Me, none.

Re: OS season tickets
Eggy may I remind you that until the Roeder years when the main stand was rebuilt our ground didn't hold more than 25k for years due to the switch to all seater and reduction in capacity for safety reasons.

Mentor you talk crap on this, if we have such "shit support" why are we in the top 10 for ave attendance even when in the Championship?
Also last season we were top when it came to filling our ground.

Gavros 2:26 Thu Feb 11
Re: OS season tickets
Over 5000 more currently than Spurs plans to have, and still plenty of space to put more in.

I'm confident that with continued progress on the pitch we'll see crowds in excess of 70,000 in the next five years.

chim

Did yo mention that our stadium actually has 5000 seats more than Spurs?

Re: OS season tickets
All these other fans that say we won't fill it are secretly worried we will actually fill it.

A spurs supporting pal of mine said they are building their new stadium to have exactly 1000 more seats than at the Emirates.

It would seem like bragging rights go right up to boardroom level.

Arsenal, Crystal Palace, Everton, Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur confirmed they do have stadium multifaith prayer facilities.

Re: OS season tickets
